About the Founderstootilab founders

Tootilab was created by Gaia and Julio. Gaia is the SEO and has worked in the curly hair industry for over 7 years, but wanted to branch out and use her knowledge to create something that was entirely her own. She’s the brains behind the formulas and appears in many social media videos sharing her wisdom. The CTO is Julio, who is the tech guru and the brains behind their curl-ed learning platform.

Gentle Shampoo

This shampoo gives a soft, gentle lather to wash the hair without stripping it. It has a nice thick texture to it and left my hair feeling clean and soft.

  • This shampoo uses sustainably-sourced palm or coconut as natural foaming cleansing agents to effectively wash the scalp without stripping.
  • It’s also fortified with prebiotics to help balance the scalp.
  • Tip: if your shampoo isn’t foaming the first time, shampoo again as you probably had a lot of build up.

This conditioner is a dream for detangling, providing excellent slip to help knots melt away effortlessly. It’s creamy and thick and a pleasure to use.

Soft Leave-in Cream

All Weather Styling Gel

A fantastic medium-hold gel that enhances curl definition while keeping frizz at bay.
