At Wow Beauty, we’re always seeking joyful rituals that bring us home to ourselves. And sometimes, that ritual is as simple as building a salad.

This is a crunchy radiance boosting salad packed with skin-loving greens, fibre-rich sprouts, radiant purples, and crunchy seeds to lift your energy and supports your gut.

What’s in it?

  • Leafy greens for hydration + minerals
  • Purple cabbage + shredded carrot for antioxidants
  • Sprouts for enzymes + vitality
  • Pumpkin + sunflower seeds for crunch + healthy fats
  • Pomegranate for a burst of sweetness + vitamin C
  • A light sesame or citrus dressing to bring it all together

What you’ll need:

  • Handful of mixed leafy greens (baby spinach, rocket, kale, etc.)
  • ¼ small purple cabbage, shredded
  • ½ carrot, julienned or ribboned
  • Small handful of mung bean sprouts or alfalfa
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Fresh herbs (optional): parsley, mint, or coriander

For the dressing:

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon or lime
  • 1 tsp tamari or light soy sauce
  • ½ tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of grated fresh ginger (optional)

How to:

  1. Toast your seeds in a dry pan until lightly golden. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all salad ingredients.
  3. Shake or whisk the dressing together.
  4. Drizzle over your salad, toss gently, and sprinkle with seeds + pomegranate.
  5. Enjoy!
