Beauties, it’s Valentine’s Day this Friday… what better time to be your own Valentine and to treat yourself to some self-love? Yes, there can be flowers from a loved one or a fancy meal, but Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to show love to yourself as well.
I like to think of it as a reminder that love is a continuum and something that we are all able to give and receive. Whenever Valentine’s Day comes along, we put our focus on self-love and this year is no different… love for yourself is everything and is as important as the love that you have for your significant other, your family and your friends.
This Valentine’s Day, we’re advocating self-love and self-care. It’s a duty you have to yourself and you deserve it. Remember that when we are able to love ourselves fully, our world can open up- we find ourselves with a more positive outlook and spirit and are able to make better choices aligned with all that we want for ourselves.
