The Different Types You Can Choose from

There are literally hundreds of different types of make up products on the market today.

You can categorize them by the part of the face they go on, by the occasion they work best with, by the season they look best in, by the ingredients they contain, and so much more.

Finding the right makeup looks for you could just be a matter of experimenting.

Here are some of the things you could look into though:

Foundation

Foundation is one of the most purchased make up products around, and that is because it provides the “foundation” for the rest of the makeup ideas that follow.

It can be made as either a liquid or a powder, and it can come in shades made to complement your complexion.

Many women use concealer with their foundation for extra coverage, but you may not need to do that.

Companies have come up with tons of organic cosmetics in this line over the years, so now women do not have to worry about getting facial blemishes from their base.

They can focus on their beauty instead.

Eye Shadow

Eye shadow is available in every color of the rainbow, but most women tend to stick with brows, purples, and greys to wear on a daily basis.

Shadow colors usually fit the various makeup styles they are meant to work with, like having beige for a natural look or black for a smoky look.

The shadow is meant to draw attention to the eyes and make the facial focus at that point.

Blush

Blush adds color to the face in subtle areas that would naturally be kissed by the sun. Most women use blush on their cheekbones, but some will put dabs of it on their foreheads or chins.

Some blush is available in a natural composition, but almost all blush is applied with makeup brushes.

A simple sweep of the hand is all you may need to make your face look different

Mascara

No eye makeup advice would be complete without mascara. This is designed to make lashes look fuller, longer, and darker all at the same time, drawing other people’s eyes straight towards the lashes.

Most mascara is worn in black, but there are brown and colored models on the market as well.

Oftentimes the brush the mascara is on will determine how thick it makes a woman’s lashes look. Any help will be noticeable though.
